DescriptionThe new two-storey leisure facility includes a 25m x six-lane swimming pool, a large sports hall, a 40 work station fitness facility and a dance studio.

he swimming pool runs a variety of sessions for all age groups and abilities, whilst ensuring that an area of the pool is available for general use at all times.

Session include lane swimming, casual swimming, school sessions and parent and baby sessions. There’s also a Swimming Academy with a programme of swimming lessons children as well as for adults. Time has been allocated for Swimming Clubs as well as for Aquacise and fun sessions for children with inflatable play equipment!

The large, fully equipped sports hall is available to hire for a range of sports such as Badminton, Basketball, 5 a side football, Trampolining, Indoor Hockey, Volleyball, Indoor Cricket, Indoor Short Mat Bowls, Netball and Judo.

The centre offers a full range of workout programmes in the dance and fitness studio available to everyone. This includes Pilates, Body Pump and Legs, Bums and Tums!

The Gym includes the latest Technogym range of equipment with an integrated entertainment system. The gym is for everyone regardless of level of fitness and fully qualified fitness instructors are on hand to ensure an effective exercise programme.
