Our fitness suite is suitable for all levels of fitness. There are 10 fully programmable cardiovascular stations, six resistance machines and two abdominal cradles. With help and advice from our qualified staff we can also monitor your progress, develop workout cards and help you get into shape.

Before you start using the gym you will need to attend an induction (see times and prices below).
