Grime's Graves is the only Neolithic flint mine open to visitors in Britain. A grassy lunar landscape of over 400 shafts, pits, quarries and spoil dumps, they were first named Grim's Graves - meaning the pagan god Grim's quarries, or 'the Devil's holes' - by the Anglo-Saxons. It was not until one of them was excavated in 1870 that they were found to be flint mines dug over 5,000 years ago, during the later Neolithic and early Bronze Ages.

Waveney Valley Pool is an indoor heated pool comprising of a 25m x 10.5m main swimming pool with adjacent toddler pool. It also has a 42ft water flume which exits in a separate splash area. Entry to the pool is either via steps or the walk-in ramp which is excellent for wheelchair access. There is ample space for spectators to sit and watch, together with vending machines selling snacks and cold drinks. There is ample free parking for all users.

A fine example of a Tudor manor house, the house stands within a square moat about 75 metres on each side, and was originally U-shaped with the open end of the U facing south. Blakeney Point is a shingle spit on the north Norfolk coastline, near Blakeney. Blakeney Point was formed by the process of Long shore drift.
