Situated in the heart of the city centre, the Cinema is the first stop on a night out. Containing one of the largest screens in Wales, the City Cinema in Newport is somewhere to watch the new releases in comfort. The leg room between each aisle in Screen 1 is a luxurious 1 metre. The screen also boasts Dolby Digital Surround Sound, it’s the place to go to enjoy the whole cinema experience.

Screens 2 & 3, though slightly smaller are comfortable, warm and welcoming. [more]

Caldicot Castle is an extensive castle in the town of Caldicot, Monmouthshire. It was a possession of Thomas of Woodstock, a son of King Edward III of England.

In 1158 the manor of Caldicot passed to Humphrey de Bohun III, Earl of Hereford. He was responsible for building the stone keep and curtain walls of the present-day Castle.
